This Privacy Policy explains how AIEA Golf, LLC ("AIEA Golf", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit www.aieagolf.com (the "Site"), sign up for our emails, or buy from us.

Information we collect
Information you give us
- Orders: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and payment details. Payments are processed by Shopify at checkout; we never see or store your full card number.
- Email sign-ups: your email address when you join our list or ask to be told when a sold-out item is back.
- Messages: whatever you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Reviews: your name, rating and review if you choose to review a product.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location (country), pages viewed, products added to your bag, the site that referred you, and similar usage data. This comes from cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below).
How we use it
- To process and ship your orders, handle returns, and provide customer service.
- To send you emails you have signed up for (new collections, restocks, updates). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To show you relevant ads on other platforms (for example Instagram and Facebook) and measure whether they work.
- To prevent fraud and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers who help us run the business:

Analytics and advertising cookies are optional; the others are needed for the Site to work.
Your choices
- Visitors in the UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland: analytics and advertising cookies are off until you accept them in the cookie banner.
- Everyone: use the "Your privacy choices" link at the bottom of every page to turn analytics and advertising cookies off (or back on). We also honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
- Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any email, or email us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California and other US states, the UK and the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email hello@aieagolf.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Legal bases (UK and EU): we use your information to fulfill our contract with you (orders), with your consent (marketing emails, analytics and advertising cookies), for our legitimate interests (running and improving the Site, preventing fraud), and to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting (usually 7 years). Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact messages are kept up to 2 years. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the US and other countries. Where required, transfers from the UK and EU rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (16 in the UK and EU), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
